Our trainee programme aims to develop the specialists and managers of tomorrow. As a trainee in the nature network® you will spend 18 months on an individually tailored, topic-based training programme specialising in commercial or scientific fields. You will work independently on challenging projects and get to know how our day-to-day business operates. A host of further training opportunities and close support by a mentor from company management will assist you in your personal and professional development. You will spend three to six months of your trainee programme at an international site.
