Quality awareness and assurance
We define quality as being the ability to completely fulfil every one of our customers' requirements. We see ourselves as a laboratory that supplies conclusive test results, which are both objective and accurate, and as a partner to our customers in the development of reliable, state-of-the-art testing procedures for high-quality preparations.

Pooled testing schemes
PhytoLab takes part in international pooled testing schemes on a regular basis in order to validate our own results. These are primarily focused on the FAPAS (food analysis performance assessment scheme) schemes in the United Kingdom which fulfil the requirements of ISO Guide 43 (DIN V 55394).
In addition to this, our quality standards are becoming increasingly exacting as a result of statutory requirements and, of course, the wishes of our customers. After all, it is not unusual for us to develop innovative and reliable new test methods for new preparations according to specific requirements and in close cooperation with our customers.
PhytoLab also assumes responsibility for the quality system of the Martin Bauer Holding, with the Martin Bauer and Plantextrakt companies, within the framework of the "the nature network®".
